CAIPS notes, also known as e-notes, include information on the applicant who is seeking for a visa. The data exactly contains the place where the visa application was filed, evaluated, and assessed by the visa officers with regard to the relevant application. However, the CAIPS has been replaced with the Global Case Management System (GCMS).
This system gives CAIPS notes with a clear picture of the visa application, including the grounds for denial, missing papers (if any), and the reasoning behind the potential applicants' decision.
